Terms of Service

Last updated October 15, 2026.

These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator of MapleMarket (“we”, “us”) for your use of MapleMarket at maplemarket.fyi. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. The service

MapleMarket shows Free Market listings and prices observed in MapleStory Classic World: lowest, median and sold prices, which shops sell what, and where. The data is collected by observation, can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and is provided for information only. You decide what to buy or sell in game; we are not responsible for any in-game trade, loss of mesos or items, or decision you make based on the site.

MapleMarket is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nexon. MapleStory is a trademark of Nexon.

2. Your account

You must give a valid email address and keep your password to yourself. One account is for one person: don't share it, resell access, or republish or scrape the site's data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, without refund.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Access to market data needs a paid subscription. The price and billing period are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your card is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

4. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, periods in which you didn't use the site, or downgrades or cancellations.

Access to the data starts immediately once you pay. By subscribing, you ask us to start providing the service at once and you acknowledge that, where the law gives you a right to withdraw from or cancel a purchase of digital content or services, you lose that right once access has begun.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that the law where you live does not allow to be waived.

5. Disputes about a charge

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us at the support address that will be listed here first. We will look into it. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead, we will give your card issuer the record of your agreement to these Terms and of your use of the site, and we may suspend your account while the dispute is open.

6. Availability and changes

We try to keep the site running and the data fresh, but we don't promise it will always be available, complete or up to date. Coverage depends on the game, and we may change, pause or stop collecting any part of it. We may change these Terms; we'll post the new version here with a new date, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept it.

7. Liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for anything to do with the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator is based. Questions about these Terms or your billing: the support address that will be listed here.
